As the EOR agency in Vietnam, we design a full-service package from recruitment to team management for all businesses in Vietnam. We offer:
- Recruitment services: To recruit employees in Vietnam working both on-site and remotely for your business in Vietnam.
- Sign the labor contract: On behalf of your company, we will sign the labor contract with your employees. Ensure all the processes will follow Vietnamese law. We also help you to draft the contracts/documents according to your company policy and the law.
- Payroll and compliance: Calculate and settle the salary, taxes, and social security for your team in Vietnam. Also, according to your company policy, we will deliver the benefits for the employees.
- Obtain documents for foreign employees: We also provide the associated services to obtain the Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for your foreign employees in Vietnam.
- Other HR Functions: Depending on your needs, we also provide customized employer of record solutions for your matters, such as team building, office setup, KPI management (based on your business goals), and so on.
We understand each business will have different needs and situations. Therefore, our EOR solution is highly customizable from the engaged services, charging scheme, payment method, and so on.
- You can choose any range of recruitment service you want to engage with us.
- We will only charge the EOR service you use, it is not a fixed set of services from A to Z.
- Based on your financial, cash flow, and business structure, we will customize the EOR service charging scheme.
- We can go with a combo charging, periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) payment, upfront payment, etc.
For the payment period that is agreed on, when we invoice you will comprise the employees’ salary, our service fee, and the VAT charged.
However, the VAT is only calculated on our service fee, but not on all the invoices.
For instance, you are using our EOR service in Vietnam to manage a team of 10 employees with monthly payments. Our invoice will contain the salaries of employees of USD 10,000 with the services fee of USD 1,800.
The total invoice = Employees salary ($10,000) + EOR service ($1,800) + VAT 10% of the services ($180) = $11,980
